[ he's distracted enough that he doesn't realize david's right hand has moved until it's just about too late. the feeling of everything and what he can hear coming from david, the tension of trying to escape out of instinct instead of intent, has him pretty fixated - until he figures out what else is happening.
it pisses him off, but at that point he's far enough gone that he's not going to stop again. he does get harder for a few seconds - hard enough to hurt overall, probably, leaving more bruises, making sure that it's going to hurt to walk away from this for a few reasons - until he finishes, almost silent. not quite, but almost.
and then he stays there, buried in david, as his focus comes back. he lets go of his head more gently than might be expected, and then his hand finds david's free wrist and yanks it up behind his back as fiercely as the other did. with david fully pinned, he leans back over him again, not quite close enough to touch but more than close enough for the growl to come through very clearly: ]
